Principal Accountabilities: • Perform the counting and kitting of work order pick-list material per the kitting schedule. • Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, missing parts after the kitting process, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products • Labeling every product and placing them accordingly • Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of kitting and incoming deliveries • Count and return to on-hand, the material being returned from production after the completion of a work order. • Assist with cycle counting. • Assist with physical inventory. • Help with reconciliation of all physical counts to minimize loss to company, and to drive to the root cause of discrepancies. • Help with the collection and count of residual material to be sold to customers at the end of programs. • Identifying and locating the right products during the delivery process • Keeping a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory • Keeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance • Maintain integrity of customer owned material. • Help receiving when needed • Help shipping when needed • Create and complete non-conformances/DMR's • Ability to read, understand, and navigate in Fusion and MRP system documentation. • Help to update procedures and work instructions as needed to match current process. • Maintain 6S standards and continually look for ways to improve processes. • Follow safety, ESD, ITAR and QMS protocols. • Actively participate in Lean activities and embrace change. • Follow the procedures as defined in the QMS that pertain to your area or position. Help update procedures and work instructions as needed to match current process.
Minimum Qualifications: Experience in warehouse environment. Ability to work within a team Good verbal and written skills Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years working with in an electronics plant warehouse 2+ years working with ERP system Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent computer skills
