Job Summary
Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced HNW Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and nurturing relationships with private clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and care. The ideal candidate will bring a balanced mix of experience, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on growth and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW/private client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions. Handle both new and renewal business, providing expert advice and support. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences. Participate in client meetings, both virtually and on-site, to understand and address clients' unique requirements. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide clients with up-to-date insights and recommendations.
Qualifications/Requirements
Previous experience handling high-net-worth accounts/private clients is required. Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. A proactive and client-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Familiarity with industry-standard software/agency management systems. Mid-level professionals are highly encouraged to apply, as we are looking for candidates with a balance of experience and growth potential.
