As a
Private Client Account Manager , you play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients. Youll manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, guiding each client with care, professionalism, and deep insurance knowledge. In This Role, You Will Process essential documentation including binders, evidence of property, ID cards, endorsements, and applications Handle invoicing, accounting, and electronic file maintenance Provide proactive client support and assistance with coverage questions, policy changes, and account rounding Manage limited new business sales and coordinate the marketing process Follow up on aged receivables and ensure timely resolution Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and mortgage companies through clear written and verbal correspondence

4+ years of personal lines insurance experience Strong organizational and time management skills Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships Independent problem-solving skills and sound judgment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook High attention to detail and a habit of self-checking work for accuracy Willingness to learn our Agency Management and Imaging Systems A valid Property & Casualty resident agent license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
