Duties & Responsibilities Maintain compliance with company policies, practices, procedures, and safety standards. Know hotel features, amenities, and services at Fair Oaks Farms. Perform nightly audit functions according to standards. Receive shift instructions, review logs, verify bills, and generate reports. Coordinate with housekeeping, check-in/check-out procedures, and handle guest inquiries. Manage mail, reservations, and guest folios. Balance cash drawer, record transactions, and prepare cash drops. Handle customer complaints and record details. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report and record significant information accurately. Perform additional tasks such as setting up breakfast, giving property tours, and local area knowledge. Participate in department meetings and hotel availability checks. Represent the property professionally in uniform and name tag.
