Duties & Responsibilities Ensure compliance with company policies, practices, procedures, and safety standards. Know hotel features, amenities, and services at Fair Oaks Farms. Perform nightly audit functions as per standards. Receive shift instructions, review logs, and verify cash drawer. Generate shift reports and reconcile discrepancies. Check in guests, establish credit, assign rooms, and handle guest inquiries. Answer switchboard, handle mail, and manage guest folios. Pre-blocks and pre-registers groups or tours as assigned. Handle check-outs, finalize payments, and record guest information. Resolve customer complaints and record details accordingly. Maintain cleanliness of work area. Balance cash drawer, prepare cash drops, and record transactions. Perform additional duties such as setting up breakfast, attending meetings, and providing local area information. Handle reservations and perform availability checks. Participate in team activities and adhere to uniform standards.
