Join us and you'll develop your skills and expertise to the very highest levels, working in an international environment for a company known the world over for its brilliance.Key AccountabilitiesProvide daily assistance and support to assembly processesAssist in analyzing product designs for the best fit method of manufacturingSpecify tools, equipment and process to produce a part and assemble an engineDocument and evaluate process while identifying improvementsAssist in developing statistically based manufacturing control strategiesPrepares requests for quotes & conducts line-ups with prospective suppliersSolve problems related to assembly process, tooling and equipmentProvides technical support to maintenance operations, manufacturing, and other functional groups on request.Performs special projects as may be required.Submits progress reports that detail project progress in terms of time schedule and budget performance.Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct. This position has a compressed work schedule (Monday through Thursday).While performing tasks for this position, the employee is regularly requested to perform work on a computer inside and occasionally outside of the work environment.
