We're seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and compliance-driven Property Manager who is ready to make a difference in affordable housing communities.
What You'll Get: Weekly Pay: $25-26/hr

Monday-Friday (Full-Time) Assignment Type:
Temp, Temp-to-Hire, and Direct Hire roles available Paid Sick Leave/PTO may be available per local laws Your Role:
Oversee daily operations of LIHTC and/or Section 8 communities Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs including
Tax Credit, HUD, Section 8, and Bond Compliance Supervise leasing, maintenance, and office staff Handle annual and interim recertifications Manage budgets, code invoices, and complete monthly financial reports Handle resident concerns, renewals, and ensure retention goals are met Maintain knowledge of
Fair Housing laws and affordable housing guidelines Collaborate with regional leadership to meet occupancy and compliance targets What We're Looking For:
2+ years
of on-site Property Management experience LIHTC and/or HUD/Section 8 experience required Strong understanding of
compliance regulations and documentation Experience with
Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon
(a plus) Conflict resolution, leadership, and customer service skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites if needed
