First National is seeking a self-motivated, resourceful individual who possesses good organizational and communication skills to support a Senior Executive Vice Presidents and Executive Vice President by: Managing day to day administrative functions such as phone calls, expense tracking, coordinating meetings, calendars, travel, all correspondence and inter-bank communications Organizing and managing all reporting - monthly, quarterly and annually Organizing and managing individual goal tracking and incentive/promotional programs Tracking data, researching supporting data and preparing visual presentations for staff meetings Assisting with coordination of team building events, training and annual conferences
Salary: $30.40/hour minimum. Job/salary offer would be commensurate with job level and experience.

GENERAL PURPOSE SUMMARY Provides the highest-level clerical and administrative support to at least one division head by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Functions as personal assistant to at least one division head; schedules and coordinates meetings, facilities and supplies, makes travel arrangements, and keeps supervisor's daily schedules. Attends and participates in meetings on supervisor's behalf and is responsible for producing and distributing meeting minutes to appropriate personnel. May be responsible for the central task and activity calendar for the greater work area. Performs the most complex, sensitive, confidential, administrative assignments; composes correspondence, develops and maintains extensive spreadsheets and databases, creates forms and templates, and prepares and formats documents using multiple software programs for supervisor's presentations and reports. Manages special work area-specific and perhaps cross-divisional projects; compiles and summarizes data, performs analysis, and creates reports for supervisor's review. Responsible for maintaining administrative support procedures, designs process changes for greater work area efficiency, and implements approved process and procedural changes as directed by supervisor. May organize and expedite workflow of greater work area. Prepares work unit budget, and functions as the primary budgetary and fiscal administrator for the greater work area. Maintains records of expenditures, ensures proper general ledger coding, analyzes variances, and reports to supervisor. Responds to internal and external customer requests for information and maintains awareness of subject matter experts within the greater work area, and the bank, for effective referral. May direct work of clerical and administrative delegates, prepare and coordinate schedules, and review delegates' work for accuracy. Performs other work-related duties as assigned supervisor. COMPLIANCE EXPECTATIONS
Ensure business unit's operations comply with bank policy, procedures, and banking regulations (for business unit heads). Ensure you and your delegates have adequate and current compliance training and ensure training is completed on time. Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations. Ensure you and your delegates comply with the bank's policies, procedures, laws and regulations. Maintain customer confidence and protect the bank's operations by you and your delegates by identifying and protecting confidential information. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES May supervise assigned clerical and administrative support staff in the unit and/or in the greater work area. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems; and making recommendations regarding the hiring, disciplining and terminating of employees.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Minimum:
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and three years advanced-level administrative or related banking experience; or five years advanced-level business, administrative, or related banking experience; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience. Lead or supervisory experience. Preferred:
Familiarity with banking regulations. Project management experience.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Ability to keyboard 45 wpm; word processing, scheduling, spreadsheet, presentation software, and database experience required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, financial reports, legal documents, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, internal/external auditors or members of the business community. Ability to write correspondence that conforms to the prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information, both verbally and in writing, to top management, public groups, and/or the Board of Directors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING SKILLS: Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
