Responsibilities
The FBM Digital Capabilities Organization is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Engineer Staff to support the Digital Transformation team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, deployment, and general administration of Digital Transformation capabilities to the Engineering Databases in use on the FBM Program. This role will ensure common practices, standards, and commonality requirements are maintained across FBM Engineering Databases, in alignment with Space and 1LMX. This role requires strong communication skills, with the ability to relay complex concepts to a variety of audiences (end users to senior leadership) and lead/motivate cross-functional teams in accomplishing a common goal. This will include modernization as well as transformation efforts across the FBM Program lifecycle at all sites. The FBM Digital Transformation team seeks motivated individuals that can deliver high quality capabilities and communicate effectively to help bridge the program from its legacy to its development and sustainment for continual improvement throughout the lifecycle of the program. Preferred location
Although this position supports some teleworking, the preferred candidate will be located near a Lockheed Martin Space facility in either Denver, CO, or Cape Canaveral, FL, and be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate. Basic Qualifications Bachelors Degree in a STEM discipline Understanding of Engineering Database methods and processes for ensuring data/data product consistency, quality, and commonality Experience in the usage, administration, and/or deployment of Engineering Databases, such as Windchill (EPDM), DOORS, Teamwork Cloud, Teamcenter, etc. Experience in project/program management methods, with proven success in executing project engineering responsibilities U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret clearance, and successfully pass a drug and background check to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. An Interim clearance is needed prior to start

Experience with development, deployment or adoption of LM 1LMX and/or FBM Digital Transformation initiatives, strategies, and methods Experience in the usage and administration of Engineering Databases in both Unclassified and Classified Environments Experience as an LM Program Business Administrator for an Engineering Application and/or Database (Windchill, DOORS, Teamwork Cloud, Teamcenter, Cameo, Creo Parametric, etc.) Active Secret Clearance
