Senior Associate Attorney
to join its nationally recognized
Public Mergers & Acquisitions
(M&A)
team
within the
Global M&A Practice Group . This is an exceptional opportunity to work on headline-making transactions involving public companies in the Technology, Life Sciences, Real Estate, and Financial Services sectors. The practice is consistently recognized as one of the most active M&A groups worldwide, advising on both sell-side and buy-side matters for industry-leading clients.
Candidate Profile
JD
from a
top-tier law school
with a
strong academic record Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction,
in good standing, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly 3-6 years
of substantive experience in
M&A , with a focus on
transactions involving public companies
and
related securities laws Transactional Experience: Strong background in general M&A matters, including
public company deal execution ,
corporate governance , and
regulatory considerations Industry Knowledge: Experience with companies in the
Technology
and/or
Life Sciences industries
preferred Proven ability to
manage multiple workstreams , coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams, and deliver exceptional client service under tight deadlines Prior experience at an
AmLaw 100 or similarly sophisticated firm
preferred Soft Skills: Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities
Represent
public company clients
in high-profile
M&A transactions , including
buy-side and sell-side
deals Advise on
corporate governance
matters,
securities law compliance , and
transaction-related regulatory requirements Draft ,
review , and
negotiate merger agreements ,
ancillary transaction documents , and
disclosure
materials Manage due diligence processes
and oversee coordination with tax, antitrust, employment, and other specialty practices Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and clients to develop creative, business-oriented solutions to complex transactional challenges Why Join Us?

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation:
Annual base salary is expected to range from
$260,000-$390,000 , depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors. Comprehensive Benefits:
