Paralegal Full-Time | Onsite

Pay : $65,000 to $80,000 (Based on Experience)

A growing estate planning law firm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join the team. This full-time, onsite position works closely with attorneys to prepare legal documents, manage cases, and ensure clients receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong estate planning or general paralegal experience, advanced Microsoft Word skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

Key Responsibilities: Draft, proofread, and format estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Prepare and manage correspondence, pleadings, and legal filings as needed. Maintain attorney calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate client meetings. Organize, update, and maintain both physical and electronic case files. Assist with client intake, gather necessary documentation, and prepare engagement agreements. Coordinate execution and notarization of documents. Conduct basic legal research and fact-checking as needed. Support attorneys with case management from initial consultation through final document delivery. Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant (estate planning experience strongly preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including advanced formatting, tables, and styles. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential client information. Dependable, punctual, and able to work 100% onsite in a professional office setting. Work Environment:
