As a Vice President, Data Quality Platforms you will: Program Leadership and Planning Act as the senior business owner for data quality investments, partnering with technology on the design and delivery. In conjunction with Services Tech, lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of Mastercard's data quality platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance and business objectives. Drive the roadmap and implementation of data quality platforms to enhance data the accuracy, consistency, and usability across global systems. Develop and manage multi-million dollar budgets for platform development, implementation, and support. Platform Governance Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Services Tech, and Data Strategy to define platform requirements and success metrics. Partner with technology, internal audit and compliance teams to ensure platforms meet regulatory and security requirements. Identify emerging technologies and trends in data quality management, assessing their applicability to Mastercard's ecosystem. Oversee the end-to-end RFP process for new data quality platforms, including vendor evaluation, selection, and contract negotiation. Partner with Services Tech to lead teams delivering the replacement of legacy platforms, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations. Manage integration of products to the new merchant data platform, ensuring availability, interoperability and scalability. Monitor platform performance and adoption, using KPIs to drive enhancements and ensure business value realization. Communication and Alignment Build and mentor a high-performing team of data quality professionals, fostering innovation and professional growth. Champion data quality standards and best practices across the organization, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Lead governance forums and steering committees to align stakeholders on platform priorities, timelines, and outcomes. Represent Mastercard in external forums and industry groups focused on data quality and platform innovation. Communicate platform strategy and progress to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with enterprise goals. All About You

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with proven experience in relationship building and partnering. Hands-on experience managing multi-faceted technology projects as an executive sponsor. Deep understanding of Mastercard platforms and applications and related business processes. Strong understanding of emerging technologies including but not limited to, cloud architecture, master data management tools (Reltio, Informatica, etc.), machine learning/AI and Big Data infrastructure. Experience with data sourcing, third-party data vendors, and data privacy strategies Advanced analytic and problem solving abilities. Motivated self-starter with ability to excel at multi-tasking and solving problems in a fast-paced environment. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
