Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Territory Manager. This role involves securing new business and independently managing a sales area, often remotely from Kestra main offices. The position interacts with clients in a variety of clinical settings and supports direct sales, training, ongoing product service and support, and assistance in the reimbursement process. Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr The Kestra team has extensive experience in the external and internal cardiac medical device markets. The company was founded in 2014 to unite modern wearable technologies with proven device therapies, delivering care while prioritizing patient comfort and dignity. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Responsible for the sales and ongoing support of Kestra products Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and performance-based objectives Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals across cardiology specialties (e.g., interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, Cardiac Rhythm Management) Manage pipeline of customers Grow and develop trusted partner relationships with key accounts and stakeholders within the territory in a professional and ethical manner Prepare quarterly business plans and present to Regional Sales Leadership, driving accountability and results Ensure responsible and appropriate use of budgeted expenses per Kestra policies Attend key exhibits and conventions as required Coordinate patient interaction with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care team Provide key insights and timely feedback to Sales Leadership and Marketing to help shape future strategies Manage full-cycle sales from introduction and product demonstration to training, delivery, and follow-up Represent Kestra at industry conferences, conventions, and events as required Serve as a field expert and resource in the territory, including reimbursement support and addressing client issues and complaints Maintain records and sales data using CRM technology Adhere to Pledge of Confidentiality and ensure patient information is shared only as permitted COMPETENCIES

5+ years of successful medical device sales experience 3+ years of outside sales experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Must reside in the assigned territory Valid drivers license and acceptable motor vehicle report (MVR) Strong business acumen and excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with MS Office, including MS Teams Post-offer credentialing for hospital system entry including: vaccination documentation, background check, drug screening, hospital policy reviews, HIPAA awareness, Bloodborne Pathogens and Electrical/Fire Safety training PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience calling Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, or Cath Lab teams Understanding of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) process flow Knowledge of the cardiac care landscape and customer decision-making processes Internal candidates without required experience may be considered if they demonstrated performance aligned with sales expectations WORK ENVIRONMENT
