Front Desk Agent
who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Youll be the first point of contact for owners and guests, coordinating requests, solving problems, and delivering seamless service before, during, and after their stay. Answer and return all incoming calls promptly and professionally Manage guest and owner check-in and check-out processes Ensure billing accuracy and process all transactions efficiently Communicate effectively with other departments via radio and phone Handle reservation inquiries and availability requests Coordinate with outside vendors, contractors, and realtors as needed Location:

$24/hr, reservation commissions are possible Schedule:
7am-3pm, 10am-5pm or 3pm-11pm, 5 days/week Job Closing Date:

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, time management, and organizational skills to the role, along with a professional demeanor and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of experience in hospitality or a similar field. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications is essential, as are basic math and writing skills to support accurate transactions and effective communication. Benefits & Perks
