Owner Services Specialis t-a dynamic blend of Office Coordinator, PBX, and Concierge. In this role, you'll connect with owners and renters before their arrival, craft personalized itineraries, and deliver exceptional service throughout their stay. What You'll Do:

Deliver personalized, elevated service by responding to owner inquiries, resolving concerns, maintaining privacy, and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes. Uphold professional standards for grooming, attire, communication, and safety, consistently representing the brand with excellence. Keep guest areas, back-office spaces, and the business center clean, organized, and fully stocked for an inviting, efficient environment. Stay ahead of local trends, attractions, and vendor offerings to enhance each owner's experience. Manage administrative tasks such as updating events, coordinating property tours, processing cash transactions, and handling pre-arrival communications - while providing support across departments as needed.

Location : The Residences Bachelor Gulch in Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date : ASAP

Employment Type : Full Time, Year Round

Schedule : Flexibility offered across three shifts. AM (7am - 3:30pm), PM (2pm - 10pm and 3pm - 11pm), and mid (10am - 6pm). Schedule will include Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Pay Rate : $22.00/ hour plus tips (with gratuities and commissions, our OSS have been known to earn at least $30/hour; you earn based on how hard you work!)

Minimum Requirements

Our ideal candidate is organized, diligent, and sociable, with a strong spirit of teamwork. They have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of hospitality experience - or a combination of education, training, and experience that prepares them for success. They bring a solid understanding of hospitality industry practices, are proficient with computer applications, and excel in customer service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of individuals. Familiarity with local area amenities, activities, and events is a plus.
