Job Title; Dean of Nursing Location: Fresno, CA Compensation: 130k-150k annually (DOE) Come be a part of the change! We have joined forces with local facilities to bring nursing education into their communities. This unique partnership positively impacts not only the nursing workforce, but the greater community as a whole through education and healthcare. We are looking for a dedicated and driven Dean to join our growing academic/practice partnership team. You will be responsible for instructional and management responsibilities for the specified Workforce Development site: Responsible for providing site supervision of nursing program activities; Assists the Dean of Workforce Development with implementing special projects; and Assists the Dean of Workforce Development with planning, developing, managing, updating, and evaluating all aspects of the program including, but not limited to: Faculty and staff; Clinical site liaison; Clinical calendars and matrix; Blended Learning Curriculum implementation; Program compliance with Board and/or accreditor rules and regulations; site visits; Student advocate; Program policies and procedures; Faculty and student handbooks; Oversee maintenance of and identification of needed supplies and equipment to meet program objectives. Qualifications: Current valid and clear California Registered Nursing License (for locations located in CA); or Registered Nursing License from state in which WFD site is located; A masters or higher degree from an accredited college or university that includes course work in nursing, education, or administration; A minimum of one year teaching experience in pre- or post-licensure nursing programs (associate, baccalaureate, masters, or doctoral); One years continuous experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care and/or equivalent experience as determined by the Board of Nursing; Additional Information We Offer: Medical, Dental and Vision starting the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment 2 Weeks starting Vacation per year.
