We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic Technology Operations team. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their Salesforce skills while supporting a rapidly evolving platform. You will assist with user support, data integrity, system configuration, and training efforts under the guidance of senior team members. This position offers a strong foundation for long-term development in Salesforce administration, process automation, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities

Collaboration:

Work with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to gather requirements and ensure Salesforce aligns with the business needs. Configuration:

Perform basic Salesforce configuration tasks such as creating custom fields, flows and validation rules under the guidance of senior administrators. Data Management:

Assist with data management via Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) steps to ensure integrity and accuracy within Salesforce. Issue Resolution:

Own the initial triage of issues (user, data, access, etc.) and escalate complex problems to senior administrators as needed. Release Management Support:

Assist with testing and validating change sets/new designs in sandbox environments. Reports and Dashboards:

Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders. Training and Documentation:

Assist in creating user guides, training materials and documentation to support end-user adoption; lead individual and group training sessions with business stakeholders. User Support:

Assist in managing user accounts, including creating, deactivating, and updating profiles, roles and permissions in Salesforce. Education/Experience

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems/Technology, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience. 1 - 2 years of Salesforce administration and/or development experience Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) or Business Analyst is a plus, but not required. Qualifications

Motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast environment with change and shifting priorities Must have ability to work on multiple, time-critical projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication required, including presentation of complex data in easily understood ways and strong data visualization skills. Ability to confidently interact at multiple levels in the organization and lead cross-departmental team projects required. Innovative, forward thinker and strong abilities in relationship management. Preferred Technical Qualifications

Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, workflows, and security settings Familiarity with data management tools (e.g., Data Loader) Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of reporting tools Experience with Salesforce Lightning Basic knowledge of Salesforce integrations or third-party applications (e.g. AppExchange solutions) Exposure to Agile or similar project management methodologies Seniority level
