We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) construction project located at Camp Bullis in San Antonio, Texas. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing all phases of the project, ensuring compliance with USACE standards, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. About Us
We are a well-established commercial general contractor with a strong track record of delivering federal and institutional projects. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and closeout Ensure strict compliance with USACE specifications, safety protocols, and quality control standards Coordinate with government representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams Manage project schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, and change orders Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management Prior experience managing USACE or other federal construction projects is required Strong knowledge of USACE processes, EM 385-1-1 safety standards, and QCM/SSHO protocols Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) USACE QCM certification and OSHA 30 preferred
