This project aims to create a scalable, modern Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) to improve efficiency, compliance, and patient outcomes.Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between business and IT to ensure alignment of systems with user needs. Analyze business operations and suggest automation opportunities. Elicit, define, and document business processes and rules. Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and specifications. Facilitate communications between business units and IT teams. Lead cross-functional design sessions and maintain project documentation. Support the implementation and adoption of MES modules.
