Sr. Digital Marketing

Manager

to lead the development and execution of performance-driven, cross-channel digital marketing plans. This role acts as the crucial bridge between brand and digital teams, transforming campaign briefs into actionable, insight-led strategies that drive engagement and deliver measurable results. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for a marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and has a strong understanding of modern consumer behavior and the digital ecosystem. Translate campaign briefs into clear, comprehensive digital strategies across multiple platforms. Develop integrated go-to-market digital plans using research, consumer insights, and performance data. Partner with leadership to shape marketing plans and optimize tactical executions. Align strategies with internal stakeholders across paid media, social, creative, influencer, and e-commerce. Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance digital skill sets and strategic thinking. Contribute to team development by establishing planning tools, workflows, and process improvements. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented team culture. Project & Campaign Management Act as a primary point of contact for campaign strategy development and execution. Oversee project timelines, pre-production planning, content briefs, and digital asset needs. Ensure marketing plans incorporate best practices and are adapted across activations and channels. Collaborate closely with digital and brand leadership to ensure alignment on key initiatives. Analytics & Reporting Use data to inform and optimize strategy, defining KPIs and tracking performance across digital touchpoints. Deliver reports and actionable insights to leadership with clear recommendations. Regularly assess effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for enhancement. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. 35 years of experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, or integrated campaign planning. Strong knowledge of digital platforms and tools including paid media, social, CRM, and analytics. Ability to synthesize insights and performance data into compelling strategies. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in project and stakeholder management. Comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Background in consumer products, lifestyle, entertainment, or fashion-related industries. Experience managing digital campaigns across global markets. Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Asana, Airtable, or similar tools. Seniority level
