Overview
Our Adventure Sports brands (Fox Racing, Bell Helmets, Giro, CamelBak, and Blackburn) are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team! As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring paid media projects are planned and executed successfully while contributing to the growth of the company via paid media strategies. You will develop and manage our digital prospecting, engagement, and rider acquisition strategy for the brands. You should be data-driven, enjoy diving into consumer insights, and craft messages to the right consumers at the right time. This role will collaborate with international markets to deliver a cohesive strategy aligned with global growth objectives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, you will develop and execute digital and paid tactics and manage day-to-day operations for comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across the Adventure Sports portfolio of brands. This position is hybrid: 3 days a week in Irvine, CA headquarters and 2 days from home. Responsibilities Verify online presence, promotions, and projects meet brand standards and final approvals. Generate and maintain content planners, calendars, and tracking documents; update as campaign elements shift and new information becomes available. Expand consideration efforts including non-brand search, lookalike audiences, and lead generation campaigns to drive qualified inbound traffic and leads. Develop and optimize performance marketing A/B testing and targeting plans across consideration and conversion efforts. Oversee new visitor A/B testing plans to optimize conversion rate. Stay abreast of latest customer acquisition and performance marketing tools, best practices, and competitive insights; identify and recommend innovative tactics/channels to drive incremental growth. Track and assess performance against budget targets, adjusting based on performance. Work with agency partners to develop budget mix aligned to performance goals. Utilize performance data and market trends to provide budget recommendations and potential programs. Provide internal and external partners with necessary sources/materials, facilitate approvals, and communicate timelines; procure advertisement assets and adapt to best practices as needed. Partner with retention marketing on lead generation efforts and new rider marketing opportunities. Collaborate with digital content on keyword optimization to ensure SEO and SEM efforts are complementary. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities and align on content & communication strategies across channels and the full funnel. Partner with the European digital team to identify efficiencies and create globally harmonized traffic and customer acquisition opportunities. Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs). Monitor campaign effectiveness and work with agency partners to implement improvements. Use reports to identify trends and optimize tactics and spend. Plan, execute, and measure results via experiments, conversion tests, and A/B testing. Review conversion points and optimize user funnels; evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels. Participate in SEO research for content creation.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in the digital marketing space. Solid understanding of web metrics and digital analytics with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data. Experience delivering digital campaigns for consumer products and services. Excellent grasp of digital marketing and website KPIs. Bachelors degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, digital, business, or related field. MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint. Data-driven and analytical mindset. Experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely). Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager. Understanding of consumer and retail environments and competitive marketplace. Motivated self-starter, process-oriented with high attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders. Ability to convey clear information in verbal, written, and digital formats. Experience collaborating across departments to drive campaigns and engagement. Marketing/Web experience with national-level retailers. Experience with full-lifecycle marketing initiative management. Understanding of the retail industry and channels. International experience is a plus. Must be available for occasional off-hours and standard business hours.
Compensation
Pay Range:
69,700.00 - 104,500.00 The actual annual salary offered will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
