We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic
Barista
to join our team at
The Delegate Restaurant . As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a range of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Greet and engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations while delivering friendly and attentive customer service. Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and functioning correctly. Manage and restock coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other beverage ingredients as needed to ensure a well-supplied coffee bar. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, including providing change and processing payments. Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area, including regular cleaning of counters, machines, and utensils. Qualifications:
Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. A passion for coffee and tea, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality beverages. Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to engage with guests and provide a welcoming experience. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Who We Are: At
