Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated
Hourly Manager
to join our team at
The Delegate Restaurant . As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest levels of service, guest satisfaction, and team performance. Responsibilities
Provide guidance, support, and direction to restaurant staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management. Interact with guests to ensure exceptional service, address concerns, and enhance their overall dining experience. Oversee and coordinate the activities of the restaurant during your assigned shifts, including managing guest reservations and table assignments. Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure consistency and adherence to restaurant policies. Assist in managing inventory, including procurement, stocking, and minimizing waste. Monitor and manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including cash handling, billing, and expense control. Address and resolve customer complaints and operational challenges efficiently and professionally. Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is required. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff effectively. Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences. Proficiency in restaurant operations, including inventory management and financial reporting. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to upholding them. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Who We Are: At
