We are seeking a
strong bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal
for our Dover office. This role is ideal for a professional with personal injury experience and a passion for serving a diverse client base.
What You'll Do: Serve as the primary liaison for bilingual clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout their case. Draft and translate legal documents, client correspondence, and discovery materials. Assist attorneys in managing prelitigation and litigation cases, including trial preparation. Conduct case investigations, gather evidence, and coordinate with medical providers. Monitor and track case progress, ensuring timely filing and meeting deadlines. Maintain detailed case files and provide administrative support as needed. What You'll Bring: Language Skills:
Fluency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish) is required. Experience:
Prior personal injury paralegal experience is strongly preferred. Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal and translation skills to assist clients and attorneys effectively. Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage a high volume of cases with accuracy and efficiency.
