Manage all phases of multifamily and commercial construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating contracts. Monitor construction progress and implement solutions to address any delays or challenges. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all project stages. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. A successful Project Manager - Multifamily & Commercial should have: A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience managing multifamily and commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with project management software and tools. Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 135,000 annually.
