A successful Project Manager - Multifamily & Commercial should have: A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience managing multifamily and commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 135,000 annually.
