Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project team members. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency and outcomes. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and foster collaboration.
