Manage and expand commercial banking relationships, oversee a diversified portfolio, and deliver tailored credit, treasury, and banking solutions that create lasting client impact. Requirements:

7+ years of experience in commercial banking with a proven record in middle market or corporate lending Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Strong knowledge of C&I lending, credit analysis, and syndicated loans Familiarity with commercial banking regulations, policies, and compliance standards Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with established South Florida business networks Description:

Manage an inherited multimillion-dollar portfolio, ensuring stability and revenue continuity Develop and acquire new commercial relationships with companies generating $30M+ in annual revenues Structure and negotiate loans, lines of credit, and tailored credit solutions Collaborate closely with credit, treasury, and portfolio management teams to deliver client-focused results Drive deposit growth and cross-sell treasury management and wealth management services Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and regulatory standards Contribute to the team's culture of collaboration, integrity, and high performance
