Manage and expand commercial banking relationships, oversee a diversified portfolio, and deliver tailored credit, treasury, and banking solutions that create lasting client impact. Requirements
7+ years of experience in commercial banking with a proven record in middle market or corporate lending Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Strong knowledge of C&I lending, credit analysis, and syndicated loans Familiarity with commercial banking regulations, policies, and compliance standards Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with established South Florida business networks Description
Manage an inherited multimillion-dollar portfolio, ensuring stability and revenue continuity Develop and acquire new commercial relationships with companies generating $30M+ in annual revenues Structure and negotiate loans, lines of credit, and tailored credit solutions Collaborate closely with credit, treasury, and portfolio management teams to deliver client-focused results Drive deposit growth and cross-sell treasury management and wealth management services Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and regulatory standards Contribute to the team’s culture of collaboration, integrity, and high performance Seniority level
