Olson Law Group, a premier civil litigation defense firm in Woodland Hills, is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator to handle complex insurance defense matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a caseload involving auto liability, general liability, and premises liability defense. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda. Develop and execute effective defense strategies, providing sound legal advice to clients. Conduct depositions, attend court hearings, and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, carriers, and colleagues. Ensure compliance with billing guidelines while maintaining high productivity.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active California Bar membership in good standing. 5+ years of civil litigation experience , with a focus on insurance defense. Strong analytical, legal writing, and courtroom advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and work independently. Strong client communication and case management skills.
