Volt is immediately hiring a Pad Print Lead for a local leading printing company in Irwindale Ca As a Pad Print Lead you will: Responsible for managing a team of 10–12 associates, ensuring production goals are met Maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a safe and efficient work environment Schedule and assign daily tasks to meet production deadlines. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching Ensure pad printing machines are set up and operated correctly. Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed. Maintain quality control standards and conduct regular inspections Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflow Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies Track production metrics and report daily output, downtime, and quality issues. Maintain accurate records of materials, inventory, and equipment usage This is a Full-Time Temp-to-Hire opportunity The ideal candidate will have: Must have leadership experience. They must take initiative and follow through with all tasks. Must have a hands on approach understanding of pad printing equipment, inks, substrates, and curing processes. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, production tracking software) Schedule: Monday to Friday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Pay: $23-25 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
