Build your future with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring for a Customer Accounts Specialist at MARIETTA, Georgia 30062. As a Customer Accounts Specialist, a person should demonstrate ownership and initiative, especially when managing time-sensitive logistics tasks and documentation. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring inbound freight is tracked accurately and customer commitments are met. They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing client expectations with professionalism and composure. Inbound Freight Management: Responsible for tracking, validating, and documenting inbound deliveries from vendors and carriers. Ensures freight issues are identified and resolved before impacting client deliveries. Client and Internal Communication: Acts as a liaison between carrier partners, hubs, and client teams to provide timely updates and resolve service gaps. Manages a shared inbox and supports time-sensitive escalations. Project & Process Improvement: Leads or supports special projects aimed at reducing inbound failures, improving communication flow, and documenting SOPs for better team alignment.
