Oven Operator & Heat Treatment Manufacturing

Job Description: Ace Wire Spring & Form Co., Inc. is seeking a Heat Treat and Oven Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on general labor role requiring energy, focus, and a strong work ethic. We’re looking for a hustler — someone who doesn’t like to sit still, takes initiative, and keeps the manufacturing process moving without needing to be pushed. Overview: The Heat Treat and Oven Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring industrial ovens and furnaces used to heat treat metal components, including springs and wire forms. The ideal candidate is reliable, quick on their feet, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and quality. Key Responsibilities: Operate industrial ovens and furnaces for heat treating steel and other metals Set and monitor time/temperature cycles based on specifications Load and unload parts safely and efficiently Perform quality checks to ensure proper heat treatment results Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized Keep production moving by working proactively and staying engaged Preferred Experience: Prior experience with industrial ovens, furnaces, or heat-treating processes Background in metals manufacturing or production environments Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical instructions High energy, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to team success All new hires are processed through a temp agency during their first 500 work hours. As part of this process, a drug test and background check are required. This arrangement does not affect take-home pay—all fees are fully covered by Ace Wire Spring & Form Co., Inc. After completing the 500-hour period, candidates may be evaluated for full-time hire or released based on performance and fit.
