Position Description: Internal Sales Representative Location: Auburn, IN Travel Requirement: Approximately 20% Reports To: SVP of Sales Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Internal Sales Representative for sales efforts across OEM and supply house channels, focusing on Appliance and HVAC manufacturers. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle including quoting, technical review, account management, and proactive outreach marketing. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in technical sales, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to grow and manage a $10M+ annual sales portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Lead and support internal sales activities for OEM and supply house clients. Maintain and grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities for expansion. Develop and deliver accurate, competitive quotes based on technical specifications and customer requirements. Technical Review & Support: Conduct detailed reviews of customer technical specifications to ensure accurate and feasible product offerings. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to match customer needs with company capabilities. Account Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key customer accounts. Monitor account performance and proactively address issues or opportunities. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Marketing Outreach: Participate in targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives to support sales goals. Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and client visits. Collaboration: Coordinate with external sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies. Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates to senior leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, or a related technical field (preferred). 5–10 years of experience in a technical sales environment, with a focus on OEM and/or supply house channels. Proven track record developing and managing $1M+ in annual sales revenue. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is strongly preferred. Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret engineering specifications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel up to 20% to visit customers, attend trade shows, and support field activities. Preferred Experience: Background in Appliance or HVAC industries. Experience using CRM tools and ERP systems. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
