Administrative Assistant 4 - Business Support Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of an Administrative Assistant 4 - Business Support for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be ten months with a strong chance for a long-term extension. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional business support. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and requires a proactive and resourceful individual. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Manage calendars for approximately three executives, including a Vice President. Open purchase orders and handle related administrative tasks efficiently. Support executives and adapt to new internal tools. Oversee a secure space, including responsibility for temporary badges and access logistics. Primarily support onsite operations at the Red West C location in Redmond. Qualifications: Years of Experience Required: 7-8 years of overall experience in the field. Degrees or Certifications: A degree is preferred for this role. Minimum 4-5 years of experience with supporting calendaring, especially for multiple executives, including those at the VP level. Minimum 5 years of experience with familiarity with Employee Central (replacing Hedge) is needed. Minimum 8 years of experience with Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is required. Preferred: Experience or understanding of AI, as it is increasingly utilized in the administrative field. Strong, proactive and resourceful attitude. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to learn new internal tools and systems. Prior experience supporting executives and managing secure spaces.
