Job Title: Commercial Journeyman Electrician Location: Greater Cleveland Area, including Mentor, OH Pay: Hourly rate based on experience Job Description Power Labor is seeking skilled Commercial Journeyman Electricians for projects throughout the Greater Cleveland area, including Mentor, OH. We are actively recruiting for these openings—if you have 5+ years of proven experience in the trade, we encourage you to apply and get through our onboarding process today. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Run and bend conduit (EMT, rigid, flex) Pull, terminate, and label wires and cables Install lighting, power distribution panels, and switchgear Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform system testing Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes Safely operate hand tools and power tools required for the trade Requirements Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installation practices Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Proficiency in conduit bending, wire pulling, terminations, and panel installations Experience with lighting systems, distribution systems, and troubleshooting Must have own PPE, meters and trade-specific tools Reliable transportation to job sites in and around the Greater Cleveland area (including Mentor) Benefits of Working with Power Labor Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Comprehensive and affordable benefits package 5 days PTO Paid holidays Referral program – Earn extra income by referring skilled tradespeople Steady work with reputable contractors in commercial construction Apply Today!
