Maintenance Planner

Maintenance Planner – York, PA The Opportunity Our client, a unique and agile custom manufacturer working in a variety of industries, has engaged us to identify a Maintenance Planner for their York, PA location. This position reports to the Director of Facilities and Engineering and is responsible for managing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and maintaining inventory of spare parts while overseeing work order processing and preventive maintenance documentation. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage maintenance parts inventory ensuring essential parts availability Update and manage CMMS with accurate parts information and data Create, update, and revise work instructions and PM documents Generate KPI reports from CMMS data to track maintenance performance Qualifications: Required: High school diploma or equivalent education level 2+ years experience in maintenance or CMMS-related roles required 5+ years experience as a maintenance technician in field Proficiency with CMMS software (Blue Mountain, Oracle, etc.) Strong computer skills in Excel, Word and maintenance management processes Excellent communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills with fluent English Preferred: Experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance environments preferred Ability to fabricate and modify parts is preferred The preceding is just a brief overview, and if you’re interested in learning more, please let us know and we can arrange a conversation to provide more detail.
