Maintenance/Repair Technician II The Town of Wallingford Sewer Division is seeking a highly skilled mechanic to repair and maintain pumping station equipment, motor vehicles, and other mechanical equipment. Applicants should possess a H.S./technical school diploma plus 4 years' experience in the repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment. 1 year of related college level education of specialized maintenance training or 1 additional year of experience may be substituted. Must obtain a CDL Class B license within 6 months of employment. $32.33 to $37.91 per hour plus an excellent fringe benefit package that includes pension plan, paid sick and vacation time, family medical insurance, life insurance, and 13 paid holidays.
