ABOUT FULL CIRCLE SOLUTIONS, INC.​ Full Circle Solutions, Inc.​ is a solution-oriented company whose mission is to provide industry leadership by delivering high quality services and products to our clients.​ We take pride in having helped clients and customers, in both the public and private sectors, capitalize on the advantages of the newest technologies.​ We are currently serving a wide range of clients including local businesses, major international corporations, state, local and Federal Government in various Information Technology contracts.​ Under these agreements, we are providing our clients with assistance in the development and implementation of web based technology, software (custom-designed and off-the-shelf), databases, LANs, WANs and hardware.​ In addition to these services, we are also providing our clients with technical writing, training and support services.​ Position Name: CS Supervisor Location: Baltimore, Maryland Hours: To Be Determined (TBD) Employment Status: FULL TIME Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required. 2+ to 5 years of experience 1 to 2 years of lead or supervisory experience Has in-depth knowledge of / skills in the content areas of: - Gaming Systems and related technologies Gaming equipment, gaming system products and gaming industry training will be provided.​ Networked Systems Real-time Transaction based system processing Technical system evaluations and installation management Project and resource management Customer service This position also requires the ability to travel, willingness to work varied shifts, overtime and weekends as required, pass the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) check and have a valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record and be able to obtain the necessary state, local and tribal gaming license(s).​ Must also be able to pass a security background check and pass a for-cause and pre-employment drug test.​ Training: Gaming equipment, gaming system products and gaming industry training will be provided.​ Responsibilities: Plan and supervises work related to the provision of on site Casino Services in an assigned geographical area that encompasses multiple market segments to various casino customers encompassing product set up, installations, service, preventative maintenance and upgrading gaming systems and equipment. Supervise and coordinate the highest possible level of service delivery of the following activities on a daily bases such as: Execution of the casino service elements of order cycle including installation/removal planning, scheduling and execution. Aftermarket service support for recurring revenue products including planned an unplanned maintenance, response, conversions and upgrade installations. Order processing support, e.g., internal order processing, stock transport orders and parts sales and exchange. Coordinate employee and/or customer training. Plan, organize, prioritize and schedule workflows to support service requirements. Provide technical and compliance guidance by helping diagnose problems or interpret procedures. Supervise compliance with relevant regulations and regulators. Recognize and respond to urgent and or abnormal situations. Support the enhancement and protection of FCS revenue and assets by contribution to labor analysis, expense control, customer invoice processing, and updating equipment master documentation, promote and enforce safety rules and regulations for area supervised.
