Job Title: Nurse Practitioner Outpatient Clinic Location: Lynchburg, VA Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Patient Load: 10 12 patients per day Start Date: 1 2 months We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our outpatient clinic in Lynchburg, VA. This role focuses on providing high-quality care in a supportive environment, with a manageable patient volume that allows for thorough and personalized treatment. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care to patients with chronic disease conditions. Conduct physical exams, patient assessments, and ongoing management of treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver excellent patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the clinic's EMR system. Qualifications: Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Virginia (or ability to obtain). Strong interest or experience in chronic disease management. Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills.
