An international metal processing company in the Northern Cincinnati, OH area is looking for a Sales Coordinator. You will be the main contact for customers (confirming orders & invoices, tracking shipments, addressing questions & concerns, etc.) The ideal candidate will have an accounting or business related degree along with customer service experience. This candidate must also be confident with Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.). This will be a hybrid position (3 days on site per week). This position will be 35-hour work weeks (7 hours per day) (8am – 430pm) This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation. Responsibilities: Maintain contact with customers (confirm details of orders & forecasts) Discuss & address customer questions & concerns Maintain customer accounts (accurate & timely invoice delivery & payment) Manage inventory levels – utilizing all resources – create & maintain reports Track shipments & deliveries – ensure timely arrival – handle shipping documents Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (accounting or business related) Strong level of Excel experience (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) Must have customer service experience Accounting management software experience is preferred (ideally SAP) Strong verbal & written communication skills Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment responsibly & effectively Able to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch & lift up to 20 pounds Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 25 years.
