Residential Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our residential properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential units, common areas, and building systems Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC issues Complete work orders efficiently and professionally Assist with apartment make-ready preparation, including installations and touch-ups Operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment safely Maintain a clean and safe work environment while ensuring resident satisfaction Qualifications: Previous maintenance experience (residential or property management preferred) Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical equipment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver’s license required Proof of education Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments What We Offer: Competitive pay and benefits Opportunity to build and expand technical skills Supportive and professional work environment
