Executive Assistant.

Work model:
On-Site Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What you will do: Manage executive leader calendars, plan and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track key action items Prioritize inquiries and requests, troubleshoot conflicts, ensure adequate focus and prep time, and make independent judgments for efficient management of Executive leadership Support Board and Leadership team meetings Ensure the senior leadership team is well informed of upcoming meetings, commitments, and responsibilities, follow up as needed, anticipate needs, and ensure the executive is prepared Handle travel arrangements both domestically and internationally Draft and manage internal communications throughout the company, aligning with Executive Leadership's vision and direction Perform data analysis and project tracking Support strategic planning, track key performance metrics, and ensure timely project execution Coordinate critical business operations, create reports, design presentations, and drive organizational efficiency across departments Take meeting minutes, keep up-to-date files, and e nsure meeting action items are adhered to Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other documents Oversee overall office organization What you will need to be successful:
High school diploma or equivalent experience; bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory 5+ years of experience in Executive Administrative support Strong personal leadership with the ability to work independently and make sound judgments Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations, with proven experience interacting with Executive leadership Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and communication skills Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word Experience managing Board of Directors meetings or other high-level meetings is desirable Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of establishing rapport with executives and stakeholders both within and outside the organization Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, thriving in problem-solving scenarios Benefits overview: 401k Major health insurance Employee Stock Ownership Plan ( ESOP ) Click here for a complete list of benefits
