Job Description

The Janitor/Custodian performs cleaning services at our customer site in Madison, WI. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. This is a part time role.

Pay: $22.68/hr

Shift:

4:30PM – 8:30PM Mon – Friday

Key Job Functions

Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones

Mop, Buff and vacuum floors

Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls

Clean surfaces with disinfectant

Ensure proper disinfecting procedures are followed

Empty trash cans and/or recycling bins

Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed

Maintain outdoor grounds

Remove debris and snow from sidewalks

Empty trash and recycling bins

Qualifications

Some custodial experience preferred

Ability to work independently or as a team member

Ability to communicate effectively and follow oral and written instruction

Perform other duties as assigned
