Posted: 13/08/2025 Location: Scottsdale, Arizona, United States Salary: €100000 Job type: Permanent/Fixed Term Instrumentation and Controls Engineer A leading organization in the water utilities sector is seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer to support the design, maintenance, and optimization of control systems, instrumentation, and data communications for water and wastewater facilities. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize process control systems to ensure reliable operations. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PLCs, HMIs, instrumentation, and related equipment. Support SCADA system configuration, upgrades, and integration of new devices. Assist with design review, installation, and commissioning of process control projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley), HMI configuration (Aveva), and familiarity with WIMS software. 3-5 years' experience in SCADA systems, industrial instrumentation, or OT Cybersecurity.
