Title: Customer Service Rep Location: Kingwood, TX 77339 (Fully Onsite) Duration: 12 months (Possibility of Extension) Pay Range: $18/hr- $20/hr The Customer Service Specialist is primarily responsible for handling inbound customer calls regarding account questions and similar matters. Primary Responsibilities Receives customer phone calls and resolves issues/concerns if necessary Research accounts for discovering pertinent information and issues Determines the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies Responds to billing inquiries Handles verification of pay histories and quote payoffs Coordinates problem resolution with appropriate departments Informs customers of standard procedures or the resolution of the problem. Follows up, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures This position is incentive eligible.
