Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Napoleon, OH. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing phone communications, and performing clerical tasks. Daily tasks include organizing and scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and supporting the office with various administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills

  • Proficiency with office management software and tools
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
