Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing clerical and executive administrative assistance, answering and managing phone calls, and maintaining effective communication. Day-to-day tasks will include managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting the executive team with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
- Executive Administrative Assistance
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
