You will be the friendly, professional voice of our company, ensuring the office runs smoothly and customer needs are met with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer & Order Management: Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Administrative Support: Execute data entry, manage correspondence, and assist with general office tasks like filing and copying.
  • Office Operations: Maintain the office environment, manage supplies, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
  • Scheduling: Manage calendars and schedule appointments as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work independently while collaborating with team members to support overall business operations.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in administrative support or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting Pay: $22 - $27 per hour, based on experience.
  • Full-Time, 40 hours per week (10 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Friday)
