Position and Schedule
Starting Pay: Administrative Assistants earn $20.00 per hour with overtime after 40 hours weekly.
Immediate opening available:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

About You
As an Administrative Assistant, you are part of Best People. You are responsible for new hire processing and documentation control, data entry, invoicing, and organizing employee events. Utilizing our Best Systems, you communicate with variable workforce providers and purchase and track materials and equipment. You deliver the Best Results to your site by being highly detailed and organized and having excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Necessary Skills
- Highly proficient in all MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Highly detailed and organized
- Ability to prioritize and maintain schedules for task completion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Pre- and Post-Employment Drug Testing
- Pre-Employment Drug Testing: After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs. A urine specimen test will be collected at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Refusal or tampering will disqualify an applicant.
- Prior to testing, applicants may list prescription drugs used and their purpose. Legal drugs found in a drug test will be verified by a Medical Review Officer to ensure prescriptions are valid and used as prescribed.
- Any applicant with a confirmed positive test will be denied employment.
- Post-Employment Drug Testing: All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident, or as permitted by law. Drug testing consent will be obtained per applicable requirements in a separate process.
