Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles; maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs; uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures; participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs; participate in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Possesses excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking; able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors; retail customer experience is preferred.

Additional Information

Starting pay range: $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
